Joseph  is 6  years old. He is most definitely “ALL BOY” and a vert mischievous little  and handsome little guy. He was brought to us my the local Children’s department. Joseph it seems was abandoned. We cannot find any of his family. We have tried to see anyone has knows him or is looking for him but always hit a dead end.
